Acquiescence comes from having our organization based on power, which is eventually a sound partnership in each role and position in the organization, make certain we accomplish each of our aims. I could relay to this because of my knowledge with the army which is a sequence of command that is very vital to follow and not attempt to go above since it will interrupt the way the organization is administered. A sequence of command is a Bureaucratic procedure of administration the organization which is top to bottom. “A bureaucratic organization is one with unbending and close-fitting processes, strategies and restrictions; and the company responds with severe controls in addition to a unwillingness to familiarize or change” (Whisenand & Ferguson, 2014). Sequence of command is entirety the way the organization is administered where concepts come from the top to all the personnel and need be followed as soon as the orders descent. This organization best works in the military and criminal justice agencies since they are set on their ways and why repair what is not broken. The issue with this is that it is not open to variation much although they do get concepts from junior position officials and it will take some time to contrivance when trial and error has occurred. While agile organization heads from the bottom to the top. This organization is found on technology it grows with the times and is open to variation at a quicker speed than Bureaucratic organization. This will not hover with criminal justice owing to the fact that junior position officials will be in custody denotation less experienced leaders will be offering the orders making it more open to mistake in the view of bureaucratic organization.
